Rates include

Daily breakfast, tea or coffee throughout the day and free Wi-Fi  ( Extra GB cab be arranged based on your request but charge base on 1gb rate ) .

Rates are in US Dollars and does not include Service Charge & Government Taxes of 12% (Government taxes are subject to change).

Length of Stay

A minimum 02 night reservation is required for full villa bookings only; 01 night bookings will be accommodated only upon availability closer to the date of arrival.

Child Policy

Children are welcome and children above the age of 12 are considered adults.

Extra Bed

An extra bed is possible in the Master Bedroom only.

Payment Policy

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a voucher, and the full payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival.

To confirm full villa reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and the balance payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival. Any booking will be subject to the payment terms applicable for full villa bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled prior to 30 days of check-in fully refund.
  • If cancelled within 30 days of arrival – Full charge
